KELLY TOWNSEND is the principal for Leaders Team and has a 30-year history working with large enterprises and small- to medium-sized businesses. This experience provides her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by her clients. For the past 20 years, she has developed breakthrough results for organizations, transformed leadership skills, and aligned teams in a range of sectors globally, including healthcare, construction, legal, and financial services.
Kelly’s passion and rare ability to listen and hear what is happening at a deeper level with her clients — and uncover what is missing — sets her apart from other transformational management consultants. She is on a mission to create transformational and possibility for each and every one of them.
Kelly is based in Naples, Florida.
PETER FRAMPTON is the CEO of Wealthvox, a financial education organization that enables people to have better financial conversations.
Peter graduated from the University of Cape Town and founded South Africa's oldest tech incubator that helped generate several technology ecosystems, including edtech, fintech, and biotech communities. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG Australia.
He recently won the Middlesex University (UK) medal for his contributions to financial inclusion. He has taught at many businesses and universities and is on the adjunctfaculty of American University in Washington, DC.
Peter lives in Geneva, Switzerland.
